Whirlpool Wants Lower Court, Not 6th Circ., To Weigh Cert

Law360, New York (April 8, 2013, 7:21 PM EDT) -- Whirlpool Corp. asked the Sixth Circuit on Friday to send certification of a class of consumers suing the company over allegedly defective washing machines back to a lower court for reconsideration, a request strongly opposed by the plaintiffs.
