Gutride Safier Slams Ex-Partner For Meddling In Cases

Law360, Los Angeles (April 8, 2013, 3:47 PM EDT) -- Intellectual property law firm Gutride Safier LLP on Friday asked a California federal court for a preliminary injunction against its former partner, saying he was interfering in retained cases in violation of their withdrawal agreement.
