Bill To Freeze NLRB Advances Despite Dems' Criticism

Circuit's blockbuster Noel Canning ruling moved a step closer Wednesday to a vote on the House floor, despite Democratic criticism at a House Rules Committee hearing that the bill would increase — not alleviate — uncertainty.
