Farmers Unit Freed From Policy Stacking Rule In Calif. Case

Law360, New York (April 9, 2013, 2:07 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court on Monday reaffirmed its prior ruling that a Farmers Insurance Group unit is not liable for more than $500,000 in cement company Kaiser Cement & Gypsum Corp.'s asbestos litigation, after being asked by the state Supreme Court to reconsider the decision.
