NY Bankruptcy Veteran Named Ampal's Ch. 11 Trustee

Law360, New York (April 9, 2013, 1:41 PM EDT) -- Michael Luskin of New York bankruptcy boutique Luskin Stern & Eisler LLP on Tuesday was named the Chapter 11 trustee for Ampal-American Israel Corp., the same day all but one member of the energy investment company’s board was set to step down.

Luskin will assume the task of overseeing Ampal’s bankruptcy and the operations of its nonbankrupt subsidiaries in Israel.
