Highmark Should Give UPMC $5M Antitrust Deal Docs: Report

Law360, New York (April 10, 2013, 7:44 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal court-appointed special master said Monday that Highmark Inc. should hand over documents to the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center related to Highmark’s proposed $5 million settlement with a group of health insurance buyers in a putative antitrust class action over inflated rates.
