Cruise Workers Ask High Court To Revive Wage Suit

Law360, Miami (April 9, 2013, 5:34 PM EDT) -- A putative class of Celebrity Cruises Inc. cabin stewards have asked the U.S. Supreme Court to revive their claims that the cruise line withheld tips, arguing that the Eleventh Circuit's ruling that U.S. labor laws did not apply would essentially grant cruise lines immunity from labor standards.
