Commerce Finalizes Submission Time Limits For Duty Probes

Law360, New York (April 9, 2013, 5:44 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce on Tuesday released a finalized rule meant to clarify what sorts of information can be submitted in anti-dumping and countervailing duty proceedings and specify time limits for the submission of that information.

The rule, which is set to take effect next month, is intended to give the parties involved in anti-dumping and countervailing duty proceedings a clearer idea of the deadlines to turn in certain types of information, and to help ensure that Commerce has enough time to review factual information...
