UPS Customers Press 9th Circ. To Revive Overcharge Case

Law360, Los Angeles (April 9, 2013, 5:41 PM EDT) -- United Parcel Service Inc. customers urged the Ninth Circuit on Tuesday to revive their putative class action, arguing that a lower court erred by finding UPS cannot be sued for charging more expensive air delivery rates for packages it actually transports by ground.
