DOI Wasn't In Contempt With Gulf Drilling Ban: 5th Circ.

Law360, New York (April 10, 2013, 12:53 PM EDT) -- The Fifth Circuit on Tuesday again refused to uphold a contempt finding against the federal government for instituting a second post-Deepwater Horizon drilling ban in the Gulf of Mexico after the initial ban was struck down, finding the new policy didn’t defy a court injunction.
