Texas Man Who Sold Fake Insurance Policies Gets 10 Years

Law360, Houston (April 10, 2013, 5:06 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge on Wednesday handed down a 10-year sentence to a Dallas man who admitted selling fake insurance policies to nursing homes, condominiums and a tour company that operated a boat which capsized in a New York lake in 2005, killing 20 people.
