Law360, New York (April 16, 2013, 7:55 PM EDT) -- A U.S. House of Representatives panel appeared divided Tuesday about whether so-called patent trolls should be restricted from filing suit at the U.S. International Trade Commission, with some members saying such suits hurt U.S. businesses and others warning it is difficult to define a "troll."
