Fla. Appeals Court Revives Engle Suit Against Philip Morris

Law360, New York (April 10, 2013, 5:13 PM EDT) -- A Florida appeals court revived an Engle progeny case against Philip Morris USA Inc. on Wednesday, after finding that the replacement of an improperly named representative plaintiff beyond the statute of limitations didn't doom the suit as time-barred.
