7th Circ. Denies Deposit Refund To $2.2M Trump Condo Buyer

Law360, New York (April 10, 2013, 7:20 PM EDT) -- The Seventh Circuit on Wednesday affirmed a lower court's decision to reject a Chicago condominium buyer's effort to retrieve his $456,426 deposit after the owner of the Trump-branded tower allegedly made material changes to the building without a majority of buyers' approval.
