Seattle Mayor Seeks To Fast-Track Transit Project Studies

Law360, New York (April 11, 2013, 2:38 PM EDT) -- Seattle’s mayor proposed a new budget Wednesday that will allow the city to begin studying two potential transit projects — a new crossing over a ship canal and a high-capacity transit corridor — this year, rather than wait until 2014.
