Firewall Patent Suit Heating Up In New Year

Law360 (January 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- GraphOn Corp.'s infringement suit against Juniper Networks Inc. over security and firewall technology patents has already started to heat up in the new year, with Juniper fighting back against GraphOn’s motion to dismiss its inequitable conduct counterclaim.

In a motion filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Juniper restated its allegations that the claims of GraphOn’s three patents-in-suit are unenforceable because of inequitable conduct before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
