Appeals Court Refreshes Water Contamination Suit

Law360, New York (January 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A group of mobile home residents who sued a California county health department after allegedly being exposed to dangerously high levels of fluoride will get a second chance in court, now that a state appeals court has ruled that county officials were required to notify water users when water quality monitoring reports indicated contamination.
