GSA Must Give Firm 2nd Shot At $1.4B Travel Contract

Law360, New York (April 11, 2013, 8:27 PM EDT) -- The U.S. General Services Administration wrongfully shut out CW Government Travel Inc. from a $1.4 billion contract to help power an online travel booking and authorization portal used by more than 70 federal agencies, a U.S. federal judge said Thursday in a case of first impression.
