DOE Slams Enviro Challenge To US-Mexico Transmission Line

Law360, New York (April 15, 2013, 7:18 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Energy urged a California federal court Thursday to dismiss environmental groups' challenge to an electrical transmission line along the U.S.-Mexico border, arguing that the court doesn't have jurisdiction to review the construction permit granted to a Sempra Energy subsidiary.
