Gay Teacher's Bias Suit Revived Against NJ Private School

Law360, New York (April 12, 2013, 8:29 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appellate court on Friday revived an employment discrimination suit launched against the prestigious Lawrenceville School by a teacher who says he was fired because he is gay, ruling that a trial judge erred by dismissing a claim through summary judgment.
