Chinese, Vietnamese Exporters Sue Over Wind Tower Duties

Law360, New York (April 15, 2013, 2:07 PM EDT) -- Four Chinese and Vietnamese wind-tower manufacturers filed a complaint with the U.S. Court of International Trade on Friday, arguing that their products are not hurting the domestic competition and should not have been subjected to anti-dumping duties enacted in February.
