Kaplan Says Ex-Worker Can't Establish Any FCA Breach

Law360, New York (April 15, 2013, 2:21 PM EDT) -- Kaplan Inc. on Friday asked a Florida federal judge for judgment in favor of the for-profit educational corporation in a former employee’s False Claims Act suit alleging Kaplan fraudulently obtained federal funding, saying there’s no actual evidence of any FCA violation.
