Contractor Says Insurer's Settlement Denial Cost It Millions

Law360, New York (April 15, 2013, 2:24 PM EDT) -- A contractor that was forced to pay $24 million following an Illinois jury verdict over the death of two workers burned in a ConAgra Foods Inc. grain mill explosion sued RSUI Indemnity Co. on Friday over its alleged refusal to settle the case for half that amount.
