Olympus Property Pays $55M For Jacksonville Complex

Law360, Miami (April 15, 2013, 9:27 PM EDT) -- Jacksonville multifamily properties remain a hot commodity with Olympus Property acquisition of the 480-unit Cape House Apartments for $55 million, the second highest price ever paid for an apartment complex in the northern Florida city.

The Texas-based company's purchase this month, its first in Florida, continues a busy past several months of acquisition activity in Jacksonville.
