Supreme Court Seeks US Input On Texas-NM Water Dispute

Law360, New York (April 15, 2013, 3:31 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday asked the federal government to share its view on the ongoing water war between Texas and New Mexico over the allocation of water from the Rio Grande, which Texas claims its neighbor is illegally intercepting.
