Bankrupt Revstone Seeks To Sell Aluminum Forging Biz

Law360, Wilmington (April 15, 2013, 8:08 PM EDT) -- Bankrupt auto parts manufacturer Revstone Industries LLC asked a bankruptcy judge in Delaware on Friday to approve a plan to sell all the assets of its aluminum forging affiliate, despite having no lead or stalking horse bidders in place.

The Kentucky-based auto parts maker is looking to fetch at least $2 million for all of unit Greenwood Forgings LLC’s assets in its embattled Chapter 11 proceedings, according to a motion in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
