Enbridge, Enterprise JV Can Change Pipeline Tariff, FERC Says

Law360, Houston (April 15, 2013, 7:05 PM EDT) -- Federal regulators on Friday blessed a proposal by Enbridge Inc. and Enterprise Products Partners LP to reallocate shipping volumes by altering shipping tariffs on a 500-mile crude oil pipeline the Texas companies own to accommodate demand that exceeds 2,000 percent of available capacity, rejecting objections of three potential shippers.
