11th Circ. Revives FTC False Ad Claim Over Supplements

Law360, Chicago (April 15, 2013, 7:56 PM EDT) -- The Eleventh Circuit on Monday refused to revive most of the Federal Trade Commission's claims accusing dietary supplement maker Garden of Life Inc. of violating an injunction that barred it from making misrepresentations in its advertisements, but remanded one claim tied to an ad for a calcium product.
