McDermott Hit With $3.4M Suit Over Conflict Of Interest

Law360, New York (April 16, 2013, 1:33 PM EDT) -- A former client on Friday sued McDermott Will & Emery LLP for $3.4 million in California state court over alleged breach of fiduciary duty, claiming the firm covered up a major conflict of interest while working on a patent infringement lawsuit.
