EU Single Patent System Wins High Court Approval

Law360, New York (April 16, 2013, 3:27 PM EDT) -- The European Union's highest court gave its approval Tuesday for the bloc's planned unitary patent system, clearing the way for a regime in which a patent can be asserted across the EU and enforced with a single court ruling.
