Fed. Circ. OKs Zeroing In Commerce Steel Duty Review

Law360, New York (April 16, 2013, 4:32 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Tuesday upheld the U.S. Department of Commerce's use of zeroing to calculate dumping margins in an administrative review of duties on certain steel products from South Korea.

A three-judge appeals panel affirmed the U.S. Court of International Trade's ruling in favor of Commerce in a case brought against the agency by Union Steel Co.
