Chicago Says Allianz Must Cover SkyWest's $2M Crash Suit

Law360, New York (April 17, 2013, 3:45 PM EDT) -- The city of Chicago and its insurer sued Allianz Global Risks US Insurance Co. on Tuesday to win coverage for a more than $2 million fight with SkyWest Airlines Inc. stemming from a collision between a taxiing plane and a maintenance truck at O'Hare International Airport in 2008.
