AXA Wants Union Claims Revived In $1.5B ING Unit Purchase

Law360, New York (April 17, 2013, 6:30 PM EDT) -- An attorney for insurer AXA SA told a New York state appeals court panel Wednesday that a lower court judge wrongly dismissed allegations that ING Groep NV had hidden union-organizing activity at a Mexico-based insurer before it sold it to AXA for $1.5 billion.
