Enron Paper Risks Upsetting Credit Market: Broker

Law360, New York (January 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A New York federal court must review Enron Corp.'s stance that commercial paper is a security under federal securities laws or risk “upset[ting] the efficient operation of this nation’s deeply troubled credit markets,” Goldman Sachs & Co. has told the court.
