FERC Out Of Bounds In Power Rate Dispute, DC Circ. Told

Law360, Los Angeles (April 18, 2013, 9:07 PM EDT) -- The former owner of a 520 megawatt power plant in Washington state urged the D.C. Circuit on Monday to overturn a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission decision that it violated the Federal Power Act by not filing a rate structure that would allow it to charge for reactive power supplied to the Bonneville Power Administration.
