Personal Injury Atty Scammed Clients Out Of $1M, Suit Says

Law360, Dallas (April 18, 2013, 5:00 PM EDT) -- A Dallas personal injury attorney on Tuesday was hit with a suit in state court alleging she stole more than $1 million from clients by faking contingency fee agreements awarding her half of an $8 million settlement for a man disabled by a faulty cabinet that caused a head injury.
