Fla. Legislature Sends Drone Privacy Bill To Governor

Law360, New York (April 17, 2013, 6:58 PM EDT) -- The Florida Legislature on Wednesday approved a measure that would protect privacy rights by restricting law enforcement's and other state agencies' use of drones to gather evidence, sending the bill to Gov. Rick Scott who has indicated he will sign it into law.
