Travelers Off Hook For Employee Theft Row, NY Court Says

Law360, Chicago (April 18, 2013, 1:44 PM EDT) -- A New York state appeals court on Wednesday affirmed Travelers Indemnity Co. of Connecticut's victory on insurance agent SCS Agency Inc.'s claim seeking indemnification for a medical group's suit that accused SCS of failing to tell it about a reduction in coverage for employee dishonesty.
