1st Phase Of BP Spill Trial Draws To A Close

Law360, New York (April 17, 2013, 10:29 PM EDT) -- As phase one of a sprawling trial over the Deepwater Horizon oil spill came to an end Wednesday, the Louisiana federal judge overseeing the multidistrict litigation gave the parties roughly two months to submit their written conclusions on the phase.
