Oil Co. A Superpolluter, Suit Asserts

Law360, New York (January 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A Texas environmental group has filed a lawsuit accusing a Shell Oil Co. refinery in Houston of emitting “hundreds of thousands” of pollutants into the air each year, far surpassing the amount that the company is allowed by law to release.
