Stereotyping Can't Show Same-Sex Harassment, 5th Circ. Told

Law360, New York (April 18, 2013, 8:25 PM EDT) -- A construction company on Wednesday urged the full Fifth Circuit to find that sex stereotyping is not an acceptable way to demonstrate same-sex sexual harassment, saying a jury verdict the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission won against the company should be overturned.
