Elevator Co.'s €143M Cartel Fine Should Stand, EU Court Told

Law360, New York (April 18, 2013, 7:53 PM EDT) -- The European Union's highest court should reject Schindler Holding Ltd.'s appeal of its €143.7 million ($187.6 million) elevator cartel fine despite the Swiss company's claims that it didn't get a fair trial before an impartial judiciary, a court adviser said Thursday.
