Travelers Says Hospital Billed $9M In Fraudulent Charges

Law360, New York (April 18, 2013, 7:11 PM EDT) -- The Travelers Indemnity Co. on Monday filed suit in New Jersey state court against the owner of Meadowlands Hospital Medical Center, accusing the hospital of colluding with doctors to bill the insurer to the tune of over $9 million for overpriced, sometimes unnecessary medical treatments.
