Marketing Execs Can't Shake Claims They Defrauded Simon

Law360, New York (April 18, 2013, 7:38 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge on Thursday shot down a bid to dismiss two marketing company owners from a lawsuit claiming they helped defraud Simon Property Group Inc., finding that enough evidence linked the pair to the alleged $2.4 million kickback scheme.
