Highland Blasts Fund Investors' Claims It Hid Withdrawals

Law360, Dallas (April 19, 2013, 8:43 PM EDT) -- Highland Capital Management LP on Friday asked a Texas state judge to dismiss claims that its executives fraudulently misled investors about the financial strength of a highly leveraged hedge fund during the height of the recession, saying investors lacked evidence that they relied on the firm's reports.
