In Risky Strategy, BlackBerry Maker To Fight Stay

Law360 (October 25, 2005, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An immediate end to the Blackberry service in the United States is unlikely, despite the refusal of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit to stay an injunction against the company, analysts say.
