Texas High Court To Hear Suit Over $10M Plant Explosion

Law360, New York (April 19, 2013, 4:06 PM EDT) -- Texas' top court agreed Friday to weigh in on whether a state appellate court erred in hearing an appeal in a then-pending trial court case concerning a 2008 explosion that caused more than $10 million in damages to a Crosstex Energy Services LP plant.
