Baltimore Planners Advance $1.3B Harbor Point Project

Law360, New York (April 19, 2013, 3:54 PM EDT) -- The Baltimore planning commission on Thursday approved a developer's $1.3 billion plan to redevelop a 27.6-acre waterfront site in Maryland, moving the project's proposal forward to the City Council.

Commissioners gave a unanimous thumbs up to Beatty Development's new planned unit development, which will add residential space and Exelon Corp's proposed 23-story headquarters to the master-planned Harbor Point project, Thomas J.
