NJ Pure Can't Quash Rival Malpractice Insurer's Ads

Law360, New York (April 19, 2013, 7:10 PM EDT) -- Medical malpractice insurer New Jersey Physicians United Reciprocal Exchange lost a bid Friday for a preliminary injunction against a rival, for-profit insurer it claims disparages it by distributing misleading advertisements comparing the two companies’ financial health.
