Neb. High Court Won't Revive JFK Secretary's Privacy Suit

Law360, Chicago (April 19, 2013, 5:31 PM EDT) -- The Nebraska Supreme Court on Friday refused to revive a lawsuit brought by a former campaign secretary for John F. Kennedy alleging a bookseller violated her privacy rights, finding the business did not have enough contacts with Nebraska to create personal jurisdiction.
